Insect Sushi

In 2008 Shoichi Uchiyama released a book featuring insect-recipes.
Let me show you some pictures of insect Sushi - yum!

Yellow Hornet Larvae
Blanch the larvae in boiling water for 30 seconds, cool them off and serve with soy sauce and wasabi (Japanese horseradish). Mr Uchiyama says: "The larvae need to be fresh and the best ones are those that you have just taken from a nest, still moving. Then they are sweet and creamy."

Witzigerweise habe ich nie gesehen, dass auch nur ein Asiate irgendwelche Krabbelviecher gegessen hat, es waren immer nur irgendwelche Amerikaner... *no comment*
